Please read before proceeding:
- We only repairs systems made by Nintendo and distributed by our company locally. We do not repair licensed or unlicensed products that are made by other companies for use with our systems. We also do not repair games and accessories.
- If you haven't already done so, we highly recommend that you start with troubleshooting. Our troubleshooting section will walk you through steps that may solve your problem.
- Maxsoft Pte Ltd provides warranty covering manufacturing defects. The Warranty does not cover physical damages. For more infomation about our warranty limitations, click here.
Standard Repair and service procedures:
- Identitify the problems with your product.
- Please mail in your warranty card and prepare your reciept for the warranty coverage.
- Call the Repair and Servicing Department at 6338 2780 to make an appointment
- Bring the product to us at 190 Middle Road, #17-01, Fortune Centre, S188979.
Additional Infomation:
- The operation hours of Repair and Servicing Department is from 9am - 6pm, Mon to Fri.
- The duration of the services will be for a period of 3 - 6 weeks. Customers will be informed by phone when their set is ready for collection.
- Service and Repair fee will be charged if your warranty has expired.
